Isolde shows up early to every shoot. She also, more often than anyone asked her to, shows up with a very good sourdough.

Nobody requested a baked good. She brings one anyway, still warm more than once, like it's just part of the kit along with her opinions about lighting, which are usually right. It's the same instinct either way: notice what a room actually needs before anyone else says it out loud.

Outside of shoots, she rock climbs, and she has a habit of planning entire trips around routes she's never actually tried. Ask her about the plan and she'll walk you through it with total confidence, whether or not she's been anywhere near that rock face before.

It's the same person on set and off it. Show up prepared, sound completely sure, figure out the rest once you're already there.
