Zira is newer to the roster than most of the people she now works alongside, and it doesn't show. She had the whole room laughing within ten minutes of her first shoot, which isn't the easiest thing to pull off with a room full of strangers holding cameras.
The range is what's stuck with everyone since. Playful in one frame, fully dramatic in the next, with nothing in between that reads as effort — usually takes longer to find than that.
Outside of shoots she's on a roller derby team, scrimmaging most Sunday mornings, and she has a genuinely unfair eye for thrift stores — the kind of talent where she'll pull a designer piece out of a dollar bin before anyone else in the store has noticed the rack.
Newer or not, she's not really the new one anymore.
