Questions We Actually Get Asked

We get asked a lot of things. Most of them aren't nearly as serious as we probably make them sound when we overthink a caption, so here are a few, answered straight.

Do you read the comments?
Yes. All of them. Including the one you're thinking of right now.

What's actually on set besides cameras and lights?
Snacks. Always snacks. A shoot day without snacks is a shoot day that goes badly.

Do things ever go wrong on set?
Constantly. A lamp gets knocked over, a cord isn't long enough, someone's hair has opinions about the weather. The version you see is the one take out of fifteen that actually worked.

What time do shoots start?
Whatever time was written down, plus about forty-five minutes.

Do you ever get tired of taking pictures?
Some days. Then a shot comes out better than anyone expected and you remember why you keep doing it.
